Larch and P. ramorum in Cumbria, 2020 update from Barnaby Wylder, Forestry Commission

Thursday 26 November 2020, 1.45pm, until Sunday 20 December, 4.00pm

How is larch in Cumbria being impacted by the disease Phytophthora ramorum?
Join Cumbria Woodlands and Barnaby Wylder, Forestry Commission’s Tree Health Officer, as we hear about the current situation for larch in Cumbria.
3pm Wednesday 9th December (Webinar)
At this time of year, the landscape value of larch in Cumbria is literally highlighted. Jamie took some atmospheric shots of landscape larches in Newlands earlier this month, likening them to ‘granny pines'. With this in mind, we asked Barnaby to provide an update on P. ramorum in our region. There will be an opportunity for questions, following a 20 minute chat from Barnaby.
