In 2023 Cumbria Woodlands presented the first-ever Forest Festival at the Westmorland Show. Teaming up with partners and businesses, there were stalls, seminars and demonstrations all in one place at the show. We firmly put forestry on the agenda at this hugely popular show and showed how bringing the sector together in one place can have a huge impact. In 2024 we were back, repeating and building on the success from the previous year. The combination of demos, speakers, stands and activities all in one place is a huge addition to the show and 2024 proved how valuable this space is for professionals and public alike.
