The People Experience Hub supports Cumbria Woodlands with Wellbeing Survey

How do you know if the people in your organisation are happy? How much can you know about your staff team's wellbeing?

We can make guesses and assumptions, but to really find out, you need to ask the right questions, in the right way.

We've partnered with the People Experience Hub to help us ask those questions, interpret the results, and find out more about our organisation.

"People are our greatest asset, ensuring our team are supported, happy and rewarded in a variety of ways is vital. Competition for good people within the trees and woodlands sector is intense, so ensuring our team feel valued, engaged and listened to is both a valuable way to retain staff and is also just the right thing to do. The People Experience Hub gave us a great insight in our staff’s well being, helping us review our progress and plot a course for the future." Neville Elstone (Director)

At Cumbria Woodlands we chose The People Experience Hub and its platform for our first Wellbeing Survey because we wanted to work with an organisation we can relate to. Their BCorp Certification is a clear statement of their intent and commitment to high social and environmental performance which, along with their values of Be Brave, Dream Big, Make it Happen and Do the Right Thing really resonated with us!

The People Experience Hub is supporting us through all aspects of the Wellbeing Survey process from concept, design, scheduling and dashboard results with a friendly, responsive and professional manner, with due consideration to data privacy. The dashboard itself is user-friendly, contains an enormous library of questions and presents results in an easily digestible format.

"Over the coming months, Cumbria Woodlands will be putting together and implementing an action plan to improve wellbeing for our staff and associates based on the results of the survey. We look forward to continuing our work with The People Experience Hub to build on our baseline Wellbeing Survey.” Anne-Marie Frankland (CW Deputy Director)
