This year, we are continuing to work with Working Class Heroes on various woodland sites in Cumbria. Recently, we returned to Haverthwaite Heights with Olivia from the National Park to take another look at the Himalayan Balsam. Having previously had a good go at removing the plants last year when they were pretty big, we thought we would get in early and remove some more while they are small and easy to pull up. Hopefully, with continued effort to remove the Balsam, it will help the other ground flora get better established.
