Is there really a conflict between managing for cultural heritage and ecological heritage?
Join Mike Carswell and Clare de Villanueva for this webinar as they discuss the real and perceived conflicts between human impact and woodland ecology.
We have invited an experienced coppice worker, Mike Carswell to speak with us about the ancient method of coppicing (if coppicing is new to you, we will also introduce the history and methods).
We will explore the space between 'productive' woods and woods conserved for nature. We will also discuss considerations for managing for wood products in and near temperate rainforest.
